Many water utilities are being required to perform conservation studies and implement conservation rates and programs. We have an extensive library of conservation research studies and have tracked the success of the conservation rates we have developed. This data permits us to estimate the result of various conservation rate structures. We also have an extensive library of data on water using fixtures and can design retrofit programs. In addition, we have studied peaking factor reduction strategies and the related capital cost savings.
