Mr. Hyder has over twelve years of experience in municipal programs. A dean’s list engineering graduate of Michigan State University, he completed his MBA at Johns Hopkins University. Engineering experience includes development of water and sewer master plans for mid-sized and large systems and demand and consumption studies for very large regional utilities. Management consulting experience includes operational audits of diverse local governments and numerous financial planning models for clients in the Mid-Atlantic, New England, the Southeast and the Midwest. He has also managed major projects such as the establishment of regional water and sewer utilities and financial feasibility studies in support of the issuance of long-term debt.
